六、主 要 用 途
用于水的處理(包括硬水軟化、高壓爐水、無離子水、注射水、海水淡化等),廢水中貴金屬的回收,的提純,代替人體內腎臟的作用。
七、包裝,貯運
本產品用內襯塑料袋的編織袋包裝,每袋25kg,也可根據需求用塑料桶或其它容器包裝,本產品為非危險品。貯運溫度5-40℃,嚴禁脫水、曝曬。
陰、陽離子(zi)交換樹脂(zhi)(zhi)樹脂(zhi)(zhi)的貯存:
離子交換樹脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)肪內含有一定(ding)量的水(shui)(shui)(shui)份,在(zai)運(yun)(yun)輸及貯(zhu)存(cun)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)應盡量保(bao)持這部分(fen)水(shui)(shui)(shui)。如貯(zhu)存(cun)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)樹脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)脫了水(shui)(shui)(shui),應先(xian)用(yong)濃食(shi)鹽(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(-10%)浸泡,再逐漸稀釋,不得(de)直接放于水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong),以免樹脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)急劇膨脹而破碎。在(zai)長期(qi)貯(zhu)存(cun)中(zhong),強型(xing)樹脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)應轉(zhuan)變成鹽(yan)型(xing),弱型(xing)樹脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)可(ke)轉(zhuan)變成相應的氫型(xing)或游離堿型(xing)也(ye)可(ke)轉(zhuan)為鹽(yan)型(xing),然后浸泡在(zai)潔凈的水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)。樹脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)貯(zhu)存(cun)或運(yun)(yun)輸過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),應保(bao)持在(zai)5-40癈(fei)的溫(wen)度(du)環境中(zhong),避免過(guo)冷或過(guo)熱,影響質量。若冬季沒有保(bao)溫(wen)設備時,可(ke)將樹脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)貯(zhu)存(cun)在(zai)食(shi)鹽(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong),食(shi)鹽(yan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的溫(wen)度(du)可(ke)根據氣溫(wen)而定(ding)。
新(xin)樹脂(zhi)的(de)預處(chu)理(li):
新樹脂(zhi)常含有溶(rong)(rong)劑、未(wei)參加聚合反應的物(wu)質和少量低聚合物(wu),還可能吸著鐵、鋁、銅等重金屬離(li)子。當樹脂(zhi)與水、酸、堿或其他溶(rong)(rong)液相接觸(chu)時,上述(shu)可溶(rong)(rong)性雜質就(jiu)會(hui)轉入溶(rong)(rong)液中,在(zai)使用初期(qi)污(wu)染出(chu)水水質。所以,新樹脂(zhi)在(zai)投運前要(yao)進行(xing)預處(chu)理。
陽樹(shu)脂的預處理
陽樹(shu)脂預處理步驟如(ru)下:
首(shou)先使用飽和(he)食鹽水(shui)(shui),取其量約等于被處理樹脂(zhi)體(ti)積的(de)兩倍,將樹脂(zhi)置于食鹽溶(rong)(rong)液(ye)中(zhong)浸(jin)泡(pao)18-20小時(shi),然后(hou)放(fang)盡(jin)食鹽水(shui)(shui),用清水(shui)(shui)漂洗凈,使排出(chu)水(shui)(shui)不帶黃色;其次再用2%-4%NaOH溶(rong)(rong)液(ye),其量與上(shang)相同(tong),在其中(zhong)浸(jin)泡(pao)2-4小時(shi)(或作小流量清洗),放(fang)盡(jin)堿(jian)液(ye)后(hou),沖(chong)洗樹脂(zhi)直(zhi)至(zhi)排出(chu)水(shui)(shui)接近中(zhong)性為止(zhi)。后(hou)用5%HCL溶(rong)(rong)液(ye),其量亦(yi)與上(shang)述相同(tong),浸(jin)泡(pao)4-8小時(shi),放(fang)盡(jin)酸液(ye),用清
水漂流至(zhi)中性待用。
陰(yin)樹脂的(de)預處理
其預處(chu)理方(fang)法中(zhong)的(de)(de)步(bu)與陽樹脂預處(chu)理方(fang)法中(zhong)的(de)(de)步(bu)相(xiang)同;而后用
5%HCL浸泡4-8小時(shi),然后(hou)放盡酸液,用水清洗至中性;而(er)后(hou)用2%-4%NaOH溶
液浸泡4-8小時后,放(fang)盡(jin)堿液,用清水(shui)洗(xi)至中(zhong)性待(dai)用。
