  樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)必須(xu)存(cun)放(fang)在其(qi)原包裝內,置于陰(yin)涼(liang)干燥(zao)的(de)地方,儲存(cun)的(de)佳室(shi)內溫度(du)0~30oC。存(cun)放(fang)溫度(du)高(gao)(gao)于30oC時,對于陰(yin)樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi),尤其(qi)以(yi)OH-型態(tai)的(de)樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi),將會出現交換容量的(de)下(xia)降(jiang),而(er)陽(yang)樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)可以(yi)承受(shou)較(jiao)高(gao)(gao)的(de)溫度(du)(高(gao)(gao)到50oC),好(hao)將所有樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)存(cun)放(fang)在相(xiang)同的(de)條件下(xia)。溫度(du)低(di)于0oC時,將會引起樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)的(de)結冰(bing),必須(xu)避(bi)免溫度(du)低(di)于-18oC。DOWEX* 樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)經(jing)受(shou)重(zhong)復結冰(bing)-溶化循環試驗表明,將會出現樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)顆粒的(de)破碎,因此結冰(bing)了的(de)樹(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)在安全的(de)裝填(tian)之前(qian)應(ying)首先讓(rang)其(qi)溶化,而(er)且應(ying)在室(shi)溫下(xia)緩慢的(de)溶化它們。

  二(er)、已用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)的(de)(de)儲存(cun)正如(ru)新樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)那樣,條(tiao)件允許時,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)過的(de)(de)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)應(ying)該(gai)儲存(cun)于(yu)環境受控的(de)(de)條(tiao)件下,以便(bian)盡可能(neng)地延長使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命。此(ci)外,必須采取措施,防止其暴(bao)露到空氣中,發(fa)生(sheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)和(he)收縮,干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)了的(de)(de)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)在快速(su)(su)潤濕時,將會出(chu)(chu)現(xian)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)顆粒(li)的(de)(de)破碎。此(ci)時應(ying)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)10的(de)(de)氯化鈉(na)鹽水(shui)潤濕干(gan)(gan)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi),隨(sui)后進行(xing)清水(shui)稀釋(shi),將鹽水(shui)置換(huan)掉,防止滲透壓的(de)(de)快速(su)(su)變化所(suo)導致的(de)(de)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)顆粒(li)的(de)(de)破碎。在樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)長期(qi)停(ting)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期(qi)間,還(huan)會出(chu)(chu)現(xian)微生(sheng)物(wu)滋生(sheng)的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),為了減(jian)少微生(sheng)物(wu)污染(ran)的(de)(de)問(wen)題(ti),停(ting)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)系(xi)統(tong)應(ying)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)濃NaCl溶液封存(cun),此(ci)外濃NaCl溶液還(huan)能(neng)防止樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)的(de)(de)結冰,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)除鹽系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)樹(shu)(shu)(shu)脂(zhi)保存(cun)步(bu)驟如(ru)下:

  1、樹脂(zhi)失效后,充分反(fan)洗樹脂(zhi)層。

  2、配制(zhi)15~25NaCl溶液,將該濃鹽水導(dao)入交換器(qi)內(nei),直到樹(shu)脂內(nei)沒有空氣為(wei)止。

  3、在今(jin)后(hou)投(tou)運(yun)該(gai)交換器時(shi),必須逐漸(jian)地降低鹽水的(de)濃(nong)度,減少樹(shu)脂滲透壓(ya)的(de)沖擊。

  4、投(tou)運前(qian),必須對該樹脂(zhi)床進(jin)行兩倍或三(san)倍的再生(sheng)。對于凝結(jie)水或超純(chun)水系統的混床樹脂(zhi),必須將樹脂(zhi)轉化(hua)成再生(sheng)后的狀態(tai)。

  5、將樹脂分層,執行雙(shuang)倍再(zai)生(sheng)。

  6、沖洗(xi)掉再生劑并使樹脂置于沖洗(xi)水中。

  7、定期置換樹脂(zhi)內的存水(shui)(每周一次),除去任何TOC溶出物。

  8、投運(yun)前(qian),按(an)正常方(fang)式沖(chong)洗和再生樹脂。
